1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Similar to many businesses worldwide, to enhance employee safety, we are operating with a smaller distribution team and therefore shipping & delivery times are delayed/extended beyond our usual times.

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING?

Please note that many couriers are no longer guaranteeing specific delivery times and many ONLINE systems are backlogged also. As such you will notice that the tracking details may not update on the website as quickly as you are used to. Rest assured that the order is on its way to you, and they are doing their best also right now.

4. SOME ITEMS WERE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Not to worry. Orders sometimes are shipped in multiple packages and may arrive at different times.

5. REFUNDS, MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

We happily replace or refund any missing or damaged items, please contact us and describe the problem, and when possible send a photo of any damaged items.   Please see our refund policy for more information on refunds.
